How Do I Sell My Scrap?
First time selling your scrap metal to AMR? Don’t worry, it’s easy. Simply follow the map and instructions below.
FERROUS SCRAP PROCESS (STICKS TO A MAGNET)
Enter AMR Scrap Yard off of 4th street for Ferrous.
Pull onto the scales and the greeter will check your ID and give you your weigh in.
Drive forward to drop off scrap, then return to scale for ticket to recieve payment.
NON-FERROUS SCRAP PROCESS
Enter AMR Scrap Yard off of 4th street for non-ferrous.
Back up to the dock and unload your materials.
Weigh your materials, get your ticket, and the cashier will direct you to an ATM.
